What Braio is
A platform for optimizing how people work with AI agents.
Braio extends your teams with AI agents: repeatable work gets done on its own, and people return to the tasks that need a human.
Roles instead of one chat
Developer, QA, PM, PO, Scrum Master, Content Maker, Designer, SEO/GEO, analyst - every agent has a craft, tools and boundaries.
Team · 9 roles
Transparency at every step
Approvals, guardrails and an audit log. Every agent action has an actor, a target and a timestamp - you see who did what and why.
Control · full audit
Outcomes instead of suggestions
A pull request, a publication, a report - with evidence. The conversation doesn't end with advice, it ends with delivered work.
Result · with evidence
Autonomous or hybrid
Braio agents can form an autonomous team or work side by side with people, in a single flow of work.
Flow · one shared board
Team
A team with real expertise.
Every agent has a role, skills, tools and boundaries. Competence stays concrete and measurable - and new specialists join every quarter.

Trained agents
You can train a new agent yourself: on your company's knowledge, documents and way of working - it learns and keeps getting better.
Custom agents
Built by Team Braio specifically for your organization - around your processes, tools and roles.
How it works
One loop: from a task to a verified result.
- 1
Task
from chat, backlog or a schedule
- 2
Plan & criteria
explicit scope, repo, branch, risk level
- 3
Your approval
a Yes/No gate before anything runs
- 4
Execution
code, content or analysis in your tools
- 5
Verification
code review, tests, in-browser QA
- 6
Evidence report
screenshots, timeline, metrics
Get started in a few steps
Step 01
Tell us about your company
Braio learns your context: the team, the projects and the way you work.
Step 02
Connect your tools
GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira and more - OAuth, webhooks, reads and writes gated by approvals.
Step 03
Set rules and boundaries
Roles, budgets and risk levels. You decide what an agent can do on its own.
Step 04
Delegate and collect results
Your first repeatable process goes to the agents. Results, evidence and costs in a single view.
01 · Chat → task
A conversation that ends in action.
The conversation doesn't end with a suggestion - it ends with a proposal with explicit scope and a risk price, approved with one click.
- Task card: repository, branch, work type, risk
- Plan and criteria visible before the start, not after the fact in a diff
- Human approval is part of the flow, not a workaround

02 · Content Studio
A studio that produces. Marketing that hits its goals.
Use ready-made templates and generate images and video. 73 generative models in Braio Cloud (34 image · 39 video) and 11 models in Braio On-Prem.
- 9:16 reels, UGC video, packshot ads, Shorts
- Aspect ratios, quality and variant count in one place
- Results land in the team's media gallery, not on someone's disk

03 · Company context
A company your agents know by heart.
People and agents fill in the context together, so knowledge is documented at the organization level.
- A knowledge graph with backlinks - a full map of connections between notes, teams and agents
- A knowledge gap map - you instantly see which topics nobody has covered
- Scopes: notes for the whole organization or for a team

04 · Processes
Forecasts instead of promises.
Monte Carlo, CFD, burndown and quality metrics - each chart comes with an explanation, so the whole team understands it, not just the PM.
- “Will we make it?”, “how many tasks?” and “when will we finish?” as facts, not declarations
- Quality next to pace: bugs, blocker age, team health
- A “what this chart shows” section next to every metric

05 · QA audits
QA like a manual tester. With evidence.
The agent clicks through the site and leaves an evidence trail: screenshots, an action timeline, HTTP codes. A finding can be verified, not just read.
- The agent clicks through real user scenarios - like a manual tester
- Every finding comes with proof: a screenshot, a timeline, event logs
- A numeric score and a CSV / PDF report ready to send to a client

06 · Workflows
Plug agents into your team's lifecycle.
Build workflows on a canvas - decide which actions should happen and what triggers them.
- Trigger: manual, schedule, webhook
- Draft → Test → Publish - you check the flow before switching it on
- Run history with diagnostics for every execution

Philosophy
Less work about work. More things actually done. Agents that deliver outcomes - and a human who decides when the stakes get high.
Control & security
Autonomy on your terms.
Approval gates
risky actions wait for a human decision
Guardrails
deterministic filters on input, context and output of conversations
Roles & permissions
org-admin, team-lead, engineer, viewer
Audit log
every agent action with an actor, a target and a timestamp
Budgets
cost, turn and daily PR limits per agent
On-prem
agents can run on the client's own infrastructure
Human control
- 01
Low risk - the agent acts on its own
safeguard: audit logA status in Linear, an issue comment, a daily summary in Slack. No humans involved.
- 02
Medium - one approval
safeguard: SLA + rollbackMerging to main, deploying to staging, messaging a client. SLA timer and rollback plan included.
- 03
High - double approval
safeguard: four-eyes ruleProduction deploys, client budget changes, security policies. A complete chain of evidence.
A platform you configure for your company - not the other way around
- Agent training: a configuration wizard and a natural-language wizard
- Skill library: reusable competencies shared between agents
- Per-agent limits: USD budget, turns, PRs per day, timeout, allowed tools
- Editable prompts for every role - per organization, with versioning
- Org-level policies and feature flags
- MCP protocol: plug in your own tool servers - the platform grows with you

About us
Approach and philosophy.
Braio is a company operating system where AI agents are full members of the team. You buy the outcome and the methodology, not a prompt - versioned rules, evidence and reports make AI work repeatable, comparable and verifiable. Autonomy where it helps. Human approval where it matters. Behind us are 20 years in IT - we successfully run a software house and build products at global scale.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know before starting with Braio. Can't find an answer? We're one message away.
Write to usWhat exactly is Braio?
A platform where specialized AI agents work with your team as its members: they take a task, show a plan and criteria, do the work in your tools and hand back a verified result with evidence - a pull request, a publication, a report.
What does getting started look like?
We start with a conversation and a demo on your tasks. Then Braio learns your company context, you connect your tools (OAuth, webhooks), set rules and boundaries - and the first repeatable process goes to the agents, usually within the first week.
Will an agent do something without my knowledge?
No. Three risk levels: low runs on its own and leaves an audit log entry, medium waits for one approval (with an SLA timer and a rollback plan), high needs two pairs of eyes. Every action has an actor, a target and a timestamp.
How does Braio handle data security?
Guardrails filter the input, context and output of conversations; roles and permissions (org-admin, team-lead, engineer, viewer) limit access; per-agent budgets keep costs and reach in check. Your data does not train public models.
Is there an on-prem version?
Yes. Braio On-Prem runs agents and models (including 11 generative models) on your organization's infrastructure - for teams that can't move data outside their own environment.
What does it integrate with?
GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Vercel, Jira, Linear, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Google Calendar, Figma, Zoom, Google Meet, Twilio, PagerDuty and more - and via the MCP protocol you can plug in your own tool servers.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the roles and the volume of work. We start with a demo on your organization and your tasks, then scope the plan. Per-agent budgets (cost, turns, PRs per day) make spending predictable from day one.
