Terms of service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. General provisions
These terms (version 2026-07-23) govern the electronic provision of the Braio service. The service is provided by Company X sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS 0001246886, tax ID NIP 5273222699, REGON 544978227, with share capital of PLN 5,000, hereinafter the "Provider". You can contact the Provider at kontakt@braio.ai.
Braio is intended solely for businesses, legal persons and other organisations using it for professional or commercial purposes. A person creating an account confirms that they act in that capacity and are authorised to represent the organisation they identify. The service is not offered to consumers.
Version 2026-07-23 applies to agreements concluded through registration on or after 23 July 2026. Agreements concluded earlier remain governed by the terms accepted when they were concluded and any applicable orders until notice of a change is validly given. Publication alone does not change an existing agreement.
2. What the service is
Braio provides specialized AI agents that perform tasks in connected tools (including GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira), hold conversations, generate content and reports, and route higher-risk actions to human approval (the human-in-the-loop mechanism). The scope of features depends on the selected plan.
3. Technical requirements and specific risks
- you need a device with Internet access, a current version of a mainstream web browser, JavaScript and essential browser storage enabled, and an active e-mail address,
- integration features require an active account with the relevant provider and the permission scopes shown when connecting it,
- electronic services involve risks such as phishing, malware, credential theft and unauthorised access; you should protect your devices and credentials,
- AI models may produce incomplete or incorrect output, and integration availability also depends on third-party providers.
4. Contract formation and duration
These terms are provided free of charge before registration in a form that can be displayed and saved. The agreement for a free account is concluded for an indefinite period when the user selects the required confirmation of the terms version and successfully creates an account. Paid services are activated under a separate order specifying at least the plan, price, billing period and any fixed contract period. If the order conflicts with these terms, the order prevails.
5. Account and security
- creating an account requires a real e-mail address and authority to act on behalf of the organisation,
- you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions performed from your account,
- agent permissions in connected tools follow the OAuth scopes you approve yourself - you can revoke them at any time.
6. AI agent work and liability
- the output of AI agents is assistive in nature - it requires human verification before being used in a production environment,
- actions marked as risky require user approval; action history, evidence and costs are recorded in the audit log,
- the Provider is not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of agent output without the required verification, nor for the unavailability of external services (AI model providers, integrations),
- the Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the last 12 months; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally.
7. Payments
The price, currency, taxes, billing period and any usage-based components are shown in the order or purchase flow before the paid service is activated. Invoices are issued electronically; failure to pay after a reminder may result in suspension of access to the service.
8. Acceptable use
- using agents for unlawful activities, violating third-party rights or attempting to bypass safeguards is prohibited,
- overloading the service and reselling access without the Provider's consent are prohibited.
9. Data and confidentiality
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Content passed to agents remains the property of the user. The Provider commits to keeping it confidential. If the user intends to submit personal data for which its organisation is the controller, it must first agree processing terms with the Provider in the order or a separate data processing agreement (DPA). Creating an account does not itself put processing terms in place.
10. Complaints
A complaint can be submitted to kontakt@braio.ai. It should include information identifying the account or organisation, a description of the issue, when it occurred and the requested resolution. We acknowledge the complaint and respond electronically within 14 days of receipt; if additional information is needed, we will ask for it.
11. Termination
A user may terminate the agreement for a free account at any time by sending a request from the e-mail address assigned to the account to kontakt@braio.ai. The order sets the termination rules, including any notice period, for a paid service. The Provider may terminate a free-account agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security threat, or non-payment after a reminder. After termination, access is disabled and data is erased or anonymised in accordance with the Privacy policy and legal obligations.
12. Final provisions
We announce changes to these terms at least 14 days in advance. The user may terminate the agreement before changes take effect. A change to an existing agreement takes effect no earlier than after the notice period stated in the notice; if the law or nature of a change requires renewed acceptance, we will request it before continuing the service. Polish law governs these terms and the court at the Provider's registered office has jurisdiction.
